Born and raised in the Florida Keys, Joe's story is one of intention and connection. His hospitality journey began at Little Palm Island, a premiere luxury resort off the coast of Little Torch Key. Joe's experience bussing tables, running food and eventually serving guests developed a strong foundation for what would later become a wonderful career in the Food & Beverage industry.
After earning an associate degree from Key West Community College, Joe's life had an interesting twist. One morning Joe received a call from a dear friend who worked in China which led to accepting a purchasing role with the company. Joe lived and worked in Kunming, China for two incredible years but eventually grew homesick and returned to Big Pine Key.
Fate smiled again when Joe returned to Little Palm Island in 2008. Rather than starting as a server, new management encouraged Joe to start over as a busser, which is where he met and fell in love with Tatiana. Some years later they relocated to Naples where Joe's career in hospitality continued to grow, managing esteemed Food & Beverage operations like La Playa Resort's Baleen Restaurant, Grey Oaks Country Club, and Wyndemere Country Club.
Joe & Tatiana will celebrate 15 years of marriage this September, their journey is adorned by two beautiful children, Mason (11) and Mia (7).
